How Quality Is Established
Gold-standard sets
A held-out benchmark, built with you and refreshed, never used as production work.
Inter-annotator agreement
Measured per class and per batch, so a weak class is visible rather than averaged away.
Independent audit
Sampled blind review by someone who did not label and does not know whose work it is.
Acceptance thresholds
A batch below threshold is reworked at our cost. That is the commitment, not a hope.
Error taxonomy
Mistakes are classified so the cause gets fixed rather than the instance.
What We Do When Quality Slips
